Avocado
In a study published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition showed
that people taking a lot of olive oil have fewer wrinkles than those who eat
plenty of butter. Why? Butter is full of saturated fat, while olive oil is rich
in monounsaturated. This makes the same good fats and 50% of the calories in
avocados. Both are good, but the avocado is an added bonus - B vitamin, which
also helps the skin looks shiny and smooth.
Monounsaturated fat contains: olive oil, almonds, peanuts (roasted in the
shell).

significant consumption of legumes, with vegetables and healthy fats,
eventually resulting in 20% fewer wrinkles. This is probably the effect of
isoflavones - powerful antioxidants.
Isoflavones are rich and: alfalfa, tempeh (fermented soybeans), tofu.
Grapes
In addition to protection against heart attack and stroke, polyphenols,
antioxidants from grapes, and prevent sagging middle-aged skin Polyphenols maintain
elasticity by strengthening collagen. Polyphenols are rich and: blueberry,
grape juice.
Water
No wine, but water - the most powerful weapon against lifeless gray skin. All
bodily processes depend on the water, and if during the day do not drink
enough, you'll probably have a slower metabolism and, among other things, lean
skin.
One study showed that it takes half a liter of water to create a measurable
increase in blood flow through the capillaries in the outer layers. Drink water
often, and you will have a skin like a baby.

mmm I LOVE avocados! You can take the skin and rub the inside of it on your face for a cheap and effective facial cleaner...it leaves your skin feeling super soft.
Great Hub!
