Salmon

Why someone's skin looks like a peach, and someone’s like shell nuts? Besides genetics, extra sleep and a solid cream, more important is a good prevention - and that means you have to eat the right foods.



Salmon is an ideal food for many reasons, and as for the skin, the most important is that abundant omega-3 fatty acids. Will help in retaining moisture in the epidermal cells and accelerate healing of skin after exposure to sunlight.
Omega-3 fatty acids are rich in sardines, nuts and seeds, flax (grind them before use).

Carrot


Carrots is  rich with orange pigment beta-carotene, which is introduced into the body schedules and skin, giving it a healthy glow. Studies show that the pigment can be prevented and premature skin aging, caused by exposure to UV rays.
However, beware, do not overdo it with the juice of the carrot - you could become an orange colour. This condition is rare and occurs only in those who really do not have measures.

Avocado


In a study published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition showed that people taking a lot of olive oil have fewer wrinkles than those who eat plenty of butter. Why? Butter is full of saturated fat, while olive oil is rich in monounsaturated. This makes the same good fats and 50% of the calories in avocados. Both are good, but the avocado is an added bonus - B vitamin, which also helps the skin looks shiny and smooth.

This means that you need to eat beans, lentils, soybeans and peanuts - are fighting wrinkle to become milder. Australian scientists have concluded that a significant consumption of legumes, with vegetables and healthy fats, eventually resulting in 20% fewer wrinkles. Water

mmm I LOVE avocados! You can take the skin and rub the inside of it on your face for a cheap and effective facial cleaner...it leaves your skin feeling super soft.
