Proper and healthy diet has become one of the most important problems of modern man. In the modern family, where both parents are employed, because of lifestyle and acquired habits, men and women are not able to devote the time that would be necessary to pay such a daily diet. We, who are lucky enough to grow up with moms and grandmothers who were not employed, we know the value of careful and dedicated to preparing each meal.

Our health, creativity, efficiency and mood are directly dependent on nutrition on a daily basis. Proper and healthy diet helps the individual to more easily cope with life's difficulties and to protect itself from the numerous physical and mental illness . Healthy eating in the family provides a lot more regular physical and mental development of children and more joy and love to each other and life together.

These will help everyone, especially those who want to change something in their life and nutrition, and enable them to find, select and very easy to apply some of these principles, recipes and products .

We are what kind of food we take

Since ancient times was known we are what kind of food we take, because everything that exists on our planet has its own vibration, and impact on the environment. So, from what we take into our body depends on the functioning of our whole system, our thoughts and feelings, behaviour, attitude toward the whole life and, of course, health . Even the famous Greek physician Hippocrates said, "Your food shall be thy medicine". Modern medicine, after decades of research concluded that the cause of human disease is eating food they eat , or one they do not eat.
Healthy food is food that does not contain much protein and fat (especially from animal sources, as are found in meat, eggs, cheese, fish), and is rich in carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals - and that is plant-based foods, fruits, whole grains, seeds. "And God said, Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed according to their country of birth and all the trees that bear seeds, it will be for food." (Genesis 1:29 <D>)
A healthy diet means eating as easy as possible, do not mix foods of different composition (egg carbohydrates with proteins), such as healthy diet also means eating in moderation, not too fast and greedily, but with an awareness of the importance of food intake in the body, taking into account that food is not too cold nor too hot, too salty, too acidic.
Taking such diverse foods, but properly combined, is essential for proper nutrition. To be normal and healthy body function must be included all the ingredients necessary for the regeneration of cells in the more ideal quantities. Not every organism is the same and does not require the same ratio of nutrients, so it is necessary to "Listening" body, cooperate with it and respect to it needs. If we were able to meet and monitor the needs of our body and that in accordance with it we feed, we will avoid illness and aging. Intake of food (especially meat and dairy products) and the wrong attitude towards nutrition we unknowingly poisoning, destroying our body and shorten our natural health and life.
In order to be fed properly, it is important to reserve adequate time for meal and not to take food out of control at any time, without thinking. However, we should not skip meals and bring the body into a state of famine, because it then leads to the destruction of certain brain cells, nervous system instability and reduce the resistance of the whole body.

Ten tips for good nutrition:

Your tips are really what we all should follow but the problem is that we know about them but still do not observe them . We are so much use to of junk food and easy ways (processed food) that we cannot leave them.

Thanks for the hub! I have found eating the raw food way (I hate to call it a diet) has been very healthy for me and I feel the best when eating this way. My kids too eat junk sometimes, but they know when they aren't feeling well that is their lifestyle choices and they do join me in having green smoothies in the morning. I hope that they have learned something and when they need to tap into it they will remember what their mother said!!! lol

Thanks for the tips shared on your blog. Another thing I would like to say is that weight-loss is not exactly about going on a fad diet and trying to shed as much weight as you can in a set period of time. The most effective way to shed pounds is by acquiring it bit by bit and right after some basic guidelines which can make it easier to make the most from a attempt to slim down. You may recognize and be following some tips, nonetheless reinforcing expertise never affects.
